Touchless trial terms

Your trial

One trial per veterinary professional and practice. Your practice receives 10 clinical cases, each with one SOAP draft and one AI specialist consultation including up to two follow-up questions, plus 10 shared pet-owner guidance sessions. Successful generations use the allowance; failed generations do not. Reopening saved results does not use an allowance. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge.

Professional use

Provide accurate professional details and use only records you are authorized to share. AI produces drafts and guidance, which may contain errors. The responsible veterinarian reviews clinical outputs and directs care. A trial account does not verify licensure or activate public telemedicine services.

Upgrading

After your allowances are used, an upgrade is required for more generation. You can continue reading saved work. Current offers are $295 per practice per month for Touchless Practice or $95 per veterinarian per month for the telehealth platform. Your team’s scope and activation are confirmed before billing begins; requesting an upgrade is not a payment.

Pet-owner guidance

AI guidance is not a visit with a veterinarian. Pet owners access it through their clinic’s link. Do not wait for AI guidance in an emergency. Public booking and clinical services require separate practice setup.

Account integrity

Duplicate trials, false credentials and abusive use may result in review or suspension. Contact the Touchless team through the demo-request form for account help or data requests.
