Duffy is a practicing veterinarian, hospital founder, and veterinary operator. He grew Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital from a single-doctor startup into a 14-doctor practice and has helped build, operate, and improve veterinary hospitals throughout his career. Touchless is shaped around the real clinical and financial friction his teams encounter.
